NeuroTingle is sensation for Self-Care. Tenderness. Allowing yourself to receive. It’s purpose is to provide a container for peace, deep comfort and care.
Due to the nature of the work, this is an in-person only service.
Coaching With Claws is where we get moving. Stop self-sabotaging. Find your PURPOSE, and reclaim your life. This is a high-touch, precision accountability life/health/relationship coaching service. This is where we get to the heart of what is holding you back.
This work can be done virtually, in person,
or a combination of both.
Payne With Purpose is for adults looking for a creative way to accomplish their self-development goals, to process trauma, release shame, and reclaim their inner voice. This sacred power-exchange may involve more intense sensations and consensual role-play. Imagination and a structured container provide an intensely transformational experience.
This service has components available virtually, as well as in-person-including coaching and educational events.
Holding Space
This is essentially what I do:
I hold space, share my healing energy, and spark transformation. I am skilled at supporting nervous systems, holding space for emotional release, and I offer a wide variety of experiences to meet each unique person where they are. I am the catalyst, but I am also the witness to your becoming.
